Withdrawals from your lot9 account are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) to a bank account or e-wallet registered and verified in your own name. Third-party withdrawals — payments sent to an account not belonging to you — are not permitted.
Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification status. Accounts that have not completed KYC cannot process withdrawals. Processing times depend on the selected withdrawal channel and are displayed in the Withdrawal section of the platform. lot9 does not guarantee processing within specific timeframes, as banking and e-wallet schedules are subject to third-party systems.
All bets and wagers placed on the lot9 platform are final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for verifying the details of your bet — including the selection, stake in PHP, and market type — before confirming. lot9 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where expressly stated in a specific game or market's rules.
Sports bet settlement is based on official results from recognised governing bodies or competition organisers. In the event of a dispute, lot9's determination of the outcome will be final. Obvious errors in odds pricing (including technical faults or grossly mispriced lines) do not create a valid betting obligation, and bets placed on such errors may be voided at lot9's discretion.
Live casino, slot, fish game, eBingo, and other game outcomes are determined by the respective game engine or live dealer process. These outcomes are independent of any previous results and are governed by the rules of the individual game.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lot9 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
lot9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or if required to do so for regulatory, legal, or security reasons.
Where an account is closed for cause (such as confirmed fraud or prohibited activity), lot9 may withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons not related to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned through the player's registered withdrawal channel in PHP.
Players may request the voluntary closure of their own account at any time by contacting lot9 support. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal rules, and the resulting balance returned upon request.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of lot9, your account, or these Terms shall first be addressed through lot9's internal support process. If a resolution cannot be reached through that process, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
